Open World: Expert in Full Service Research

Company Background

Formed in 1998, Alchemy Research provides a comprehensive range of qualitative and quantitative research solutions that are designed and delivered with clarity and creativity. Via an understanding of/commitment to client needs, and with insightful analysis and interpretation, our aim is to inform practical decision-making and, thus, aid business/strategy development.

logo-alchemy-researchOperating as a ‘full service’ agency, Alchemy Research has the flexibility to source support services from specialist partner agencies (ie, fieldwork, data processing) and, in this way, we concentrate more on the research design, implementation of quantitative studies, moderation of qualitative fieldwork, analysis and interpretation of data, insight generation and the ‘added value’ elements of projects.

Generally, our experience encompasses research in consumer, professional, business-to-business, healthcare and social sectors, across numerous product/service areas:

  • Advertising/media.
  • Internet/e-commerce.
  • Clothing/footwear.
  • Leisure/tourism.
  • Construction/industrial.
  • Mail order/home shopping.
  • DIY.
  • Medical/healthcare.
  • Food/drink.
  • Public sector/utilities.
  • Finance/insurance.
  • Retailing.
  • FMCG.
  • Training/education.
  • Household/electrical goods.
  • Transport/travel.

All work is approached on the basis of developing close relationships with our clients, with the aim of becoming almost an extension of their own organisation. Whilst maintaining impartiality at all stages of the process, we believe that by nurturing such relationships both parties ultimately benefit (ie, in terms of our ‘market knowledge’ and the corresponding analysis and interpretation provided).
